"I would share it, but I don't know how. Or I'm just really greedy." Audrey grinned at what she said. She wasn't greedy, but she also wasn't immortal. If she could be, that would be awesome. "I'd want to embarrass my kids. It'd be funny." She was still laughing a little. But who wouldn't be? This conversation was good. And I barely even know the guy. The worst thing that could happen would probably be her aunt or uncle coming out, but she doubted that would happen. They never bothered her. She was quite glad, too.

He laughed more at her immortality comment. He knew she wasn't immortal really, but that'd be so awesome if she was or if they both were. "Nah, if my kids were anything like me they'd never be embarrassed, they'd be right out there with me. Or I'd just force them to come along until they stopped being embarassed and started having fun." His laughing had died down a little, to more just chuckling or giggling if you wanted to call it that.

"Yeah, but my kids would probably be most boring people in the world with the kind of luck I have. They'd wind up being part of the Royalty." Audrey could barely stand to think about that. Her kids being in Royalty? I'd ground them if that happened. She was having fun with this conversation. It wasn't everyday she talked to someone who saw eye to eye with her.

Jayson made a face at her saying with her luck that her kids would be royalty. "If they do end up like that then just embarass them even more until the royalty want nothing to do with them and they'll have to become better kids." Somehow he doubted that any kids she had would end up royalty, most of those people had the parents who gave them whatever they wanted and who wanted them to be popular. He couldn't see Audrey ever wanting that for her kids so that seemed really unlikely. This conversation was pretty fun. It wasn't all the time that Jay actually found someone he was able to talk to like this, about random stuff that would probably have no real point but was fun.

"Yeah, I could do that. Good idea," Audrey said, a grin on her face. "Plus, I wouldn't let my daughter dress like a whore." She was completely against that. Who really wanted to dress like that? "I'd yell at her and be like, 'You won't wear anything like that and that's final.' I probably wouldn't even give her an elaborate reason." She had a habit of doing that. She would tell someone no, or give her opinion, and not explain herself. It didn't make it convincing, but she didn't care.

Jay laughed a little more and grinned. "Yeah, no way I'd let my daughter do that either. Not that I'll ever have kids, but on the off chance that I do, they better end up freaks and not like the royalty. If not they'd probably end up grounded for life until they changed." Yeah, he probably wouldn't take it that far, but you get the point. "My explanation would be that no kid of mine is going to act like that." Hmm, funny. Wasn't that the exact thing his parents had said to him on numerous occansions? Yep, exactly the same thing. Ha, look how that turned out. He had to laugh at that, really he did sound like his parents now except that he said his kids would be the exact opposite of how his parents wanted him.

"Yeah. I like freaks better. They don't think so highly of themselves. And freaks don't usually get grounded for life," Audrey said, a bit of a laugh in her voice. But, the misfits in school truly did appeal to her more. They were laid back usually, and never took things too seriously. "That would be mine too. Even though my parents have said that to me. I never listened to them, and I was always out doing something they didn't want me to. That's why they shipped me off here to live with my aunt and uncle."

"Freaks do get grounded for life too, they just sneak out anyways til their parents can't stop them anymore." Another laugh at her saying her parents had said that too. "Funny I was just thinking the same thing. My parents always told me to be different than I was, more like my brother I believe is what they use most. I never listen to them either though. I guess they just learned to get over it, they leave me alone most of the time now."

"True, true," Audrey replied, knowing the truth behind it. That had been her story. Hers and her brothers. "My brother was just like me. He learned from me. I think that's why my parents hate me so much." She laughed as she said that. No matter how many times she heard They don't hate you, she knew they did. They screamed at the kids all the time. That's more than 'tough love'. It's definitely full on hate.

"God I think my parents would've died if they had another child like me. My brother in their eyes was perfection and my sister's turning into the populars. I swear I was born into the wrong family or something." That had to be the case, he was nothing like anyone else in his family and they made sure he knew it. Not that he wanted to be like them anyway, but still, knowing your family hated you wasn't exactly a good feeling. And they didn't even know everything, if they did he'd probably end up shunned from his family for life.

"I think a part of my parents died when they saw how well me and my brother got along. They probably thought, damn, we're screwed. They wanted me to be a popular. They forced me into the clothes when I was younger." Audrey hated it. They made her wear frilly dresses and those clothes you saw all the little girls wearing. She wound up ripping the dresses and the other clothes. Her parents yelled at her, but she ignored it.

"Mine wanted me to be popular too but I think that dream died years ago when I wasn't turning out smart or perfect like they wanted. Thankfully for me my sister was born so they got to spoil her and I could do whatever I wanted. Or well more than I would've been able to if she hadn't been there." Still, he hated his parents for trying to change him. All that "just hang out with your brother more" or "act more like Ethan", it got really annoying before long.

"I seriously fooled my parents. When I was little, I was perfect. I behaved, and they bragged about me to everyone. Now, I'm extremely disrespectful to them, and they hate me. And they hate me for the way my brother turned out. It's supposedly my fault." Audrey didn't really think it was her fault. James didn't have to like her. But, they saw it differently. Fuck them. I could honestly care less about them. Such harsh words, but she meant them so much.

Jayson sort of chuckled again when she said she'd fooled her parents. "Lucky you then. I tried fooling my parents but that plan kinda went south with me almost failing elementary math. It burst their 'own kids can do no wrong' bubble and I guess since then they just hate me. Really I could go kill someone and they wouldn't even notice I don't think" He liked his parents not really caring anymore, but honestly how much could one kid take? When they figured out he wasn't going to change it was almost like they wanted him to go out and do stupid stuff and just try to hurt himself or someone else. He honestly couldn't care anymore, he'd worry about himself and his parents could worry about their 'good' kids.

Audrey laughed softly at what he said. "My parents always told me they'd still love me if I got bad grades. I don't think that was true though. I got an F on a quiz once in third grade, and my father freaked out on me. But it was then that I realize I liked to make my parents mad." She remembered the exact instance. Little Audrey was sitting on her bed, her father screaming at her. He didn't seem to be bothering her at all, almost as if he wasn't even there. After he was done and was leaving the room, the biggest grin you'd ever seen spread across her face.
