I'm using google to check the spellings of the words I think/know I spell wrong, but if I think it's right but it isn't, please bare with me...

character's full name;; Tobias James Thomson
nicknames;; Toby, Tom, Whisper.
age;; 16.
gender;; Male
birthday;; June 30th
ethnicity;; Caucasian
parents;; Simon and Rosa Thomson.
siblings;; None.
height//weight;; 6 Foot // 10 1/2 Stone.
piercings, tattoos, scars;; None.
overall appearance;; Tobias, standing at 6 foot, is a fairly muscular due to his studying of the martial arts and general working out. He has brown hair and the kind of brown eyes that look completely black till you examine them closely - Something people rarely get to do when meeting Toby face to face so it's better to look on a picture. He tends to be smooth shaven, having a great dislike of facial hair, however he does sometime go several days without shaving which leaves him with a slight stubble. His hair is fairly long (for a guy) and he usually allows it to go wherever it falls, rarely bothering to much more to it than brush it in the mornings.
Toby tends to wear plain and simple clothing. The only brand he usually wears in 'No Fear', due to the simple fact that No Fear tends to make the most comfortable clothing. His usually combination is a plain T-Shirt (usually either blue or grey), A hoodie (blue and black strips) or a zipped jumper (dark blue), and a dark blue pair of baggy jeans. Toby owns about 15 pairs of jeans, though it's hard to tell the difference between them as they don't have any distinguishing markings. He usually only wears the most practical shoes he can find, walking boots usually. Due to Toby's habit of going jogging at least twice a day, these boots are usually covered in dirt, though it would be hard to tell as they are mostly covered by his jeans.
Due to the fact that he is rarely out while the sun is up - he doesn't like heat-induced sweat - Toby is very pale, and you're more likely to see the Queen of England tap-dance to Kelis' 'Milkshake' than you are to see Toby with anything more than a mild tan.

Sex: Tobys most favourite thing to do is to have sex with someone - not that he is at all whorish, he is very careful and always wears protection. He is bi-sexual, leaning slightly towards homosexuality. He usually only sleeps with a woman if they are dominant, independant people - though strangely enough, he has no problem sleeping with guys who are the complete opposite of that. He also has a thing for older women.
Comics: One of the very, very few things Toby likes about America is the Marvel Comics. His primary love is X-Men and Moon Knight. He's quite happy to spend every last coin he gets on new comics. He also reads Manga occasionally, if he hears enough about a certain book.
Darkness: Toby prefers a room to be as dark as possible. Not because he likes to seem all shadow-y and mysterious and emo, but simply because he hates it when the light gets in his eyes. He doesn't like it when a room is any lighter than what it needs to be in order to see in it.
English Sitcoms: Toby has spent a small fortune on the DVD's of various English Sitcoms, ranging from Blackadder to My Family. He'll quite happily sit and watch them for hours on end, usually to the point where his parents have to physically force him to stop watching.
Mythology and Folklaw: If Toby isn't watching the TV or reading a comic or book, he'll probably be found on the computer learning as much about mythology as is physically possible for a person with only two eyes and two hands. He finds it fascinating and as such, he can come out with hours and hours of random trivia about the subject.
Fighting: Although Toby would never, ever start a fight, he will find every possible excuse to get into - and end one. Trained in the martial arts, Toby is very good at putting an end to any and all fights he gets involved in. He has sent people to the A&E more times than he could care to count.
dislikes;;
America: Toby has hated America since he was forced to move there shortly after his 14th birthday. From the quiet little hills and deserts to the bustling, busy mega-cities, Toby hates almost every aspect of American life. He believes there is a special level in whatever hell-type place people go to when they die reserved entirely for people who spell 'Colour' without the U.
Loud people/noises/music: Toby enjoys silence and, as such, hates it when that silence is broken. It takes all his mental strengh to stop himself from breaking the jaws of loud people, and he has a very low tolerence level for rap music, screamo music or any kind of music with bad instumentals.
Disorderlyness: Althouh he isn't obsessive when it comes to keeping things clean, Toby can't stand it when people are messy. He'll gladly spend several hours cleaning up other peoples mess, or if he doesn't have the time to do it himself, he'll gladdly force the person who made the mess to clean it up.
Stereotypes: Or, more importantly, people who conform to them. Toby holds a special place in his heart and fist for people who think it's cool to say stuff like 'Thats hawt' or wear ridiculous amounts of eyeliner (especially if said person is a man).
Flamboyancy: Though quite comfortable in his bi-sexuality, Toby hates people who are flamboyantly gay. This connects to his previous dislike and he considers this type of person to be the worst of the worst. This is pretty much the only thing Toby has ever started a fight over.
overall personality;; As you may have guessed by now, Toby is a very aggressive person. He isn't really angry, he just likes to fight. He sometimes enjoys brief moments of extreme mellow-ness, as if he were on drugs. During these moments, he is extremely friendly and generous with his money. Unfortunately for him, these moments tend to happen while drinking, resulting in him spending a large amount of money on buying people drinks.
When in the presence of his parents, Toby will appear a lot calmer than when he is on his own. This isn't due to him faking being a good boy for his parents - they are fully aware that he isn't - but is simply due to the fact that he feels a lot more comfortable around people from England. Anyone from England or Scotland would have the same effect on him.
Toby rarely knows when to shut his mouth, which has got him into many of the fights he's been involved in. Although his parents think this is a major flaw in his personality, he considers it one of his greatest aspects. When Toby makes a true friend -something that happens very rarely- he will go to great lenghs to make and keep them happy, though this normally ends up badly (for an example, see the history). Toby is a very untrusting person, the only people in America he trusts are his parents.
history;;
Born Tobias James Matthew Thomson in England to Simon and Rosa Thomson, Toby was raised as a happy, healthy baby. His parents were both Buddhists, his father taught Martial arts at a local gym and his mother owned an Art Gallery. Naturally, Toby was rasied as a Buddhist as well. His father has been teaching him martial arts - to his mothers disapproval - since he was old enough to walk.
Toby was very shy at school, having a very select circle of friends. Toby started getting into fights when he was 8 years old, though he was always defending himself in every single one. Between the age of 8 and 14, Toby had managed to get kicked out of almost every school in his town, but the final straw came when he was 15 years old. Toby had a friend called Angelina (Angie for short) who came into school one day with a black eye. After some prodding, Toby (and a few other people) managed to find out that Angies drunk of a father gave it to her.
Later on that day, Angies father was found, broken and brused on his kitchen floor. He spend two days in hospital recovering from the wounds delivered by a hard, blunt, round object believed to be a bamboo cane. The police never connected Toby to the event - thanks in part to the fact that Angie told the police about the abuse she had been receiving, which caused the police to turn a blind eye to the situation.
However, Toby told his parents - to whom he told everything - about his attack on Angies father. After hearing this, the couple decided that Toby needed a freash start in - much to Tobys disgust and horror - America, in a town called Livingston Heights. Three things happened to Toby on that day, he never talked to Angie again, he suddenly grew very distant from his parents and he realized that his childhood was coming to an end, and he was going to do everything he could to slow that train down.
traits//flaws;; Most people would consider Tobys entire personality to be a flaw. He is aggressive, loud mouthed and has a very sharp tongue. His sexual desires are usually put before anything and everything. Due to the gap he's created between himself and the world around him, Toby has a problem connecting to other people on any level asides from a physical one. Though he rarely considers this a problem. Toby is also none-to-bright when it comes to the more standard aspects of life, such as Science and Maths.
anything else;;
None that I can think of.
RP SAMPLE;;
Tobias browsed the shelves of the library in the D section, looking for Charles Dickens. He had a strong desire to read 'A Tale of Two Cities' for reasons he couldn't even begin to understand. Toby was none-to-fond of normal books; prefering comics, or books with lots of pictures; but when it came to classic English Authors like Dickens, he was willing to make an acception. He spied the book he was searching for, along with 'Great Expectations', another book Toby wanted to read. He pulled both books from the shelf and examined their covers for a second before proceeding towards the librarians desk.
After having the books offically withdrawn and putting them carefully into his bag between the latest X-Men comic and a Science text book, he headed towards the entrance of the library, musing over the consept of being able to enter a room, do something and leave without getting into some form of argument or fight. As if Karma had heard his thoughts, at that exact second, Toby walked straight into a tall blonde guy heading in the opposite direction. the other boy clearly was trying his hardest to knock Toby as hard as he could, which caused him to spin slightly. Toby turned around and looked at the blonde, saying rather loudly "What the hell is your problem, mate?!"
