character's full name;; Storm Elizabeth Williamson
nicknames;; Storm
age;; nineteen
gender;; female
birthday;; April seventeenth
ethnicity;; Asian

siblings;; Keida Judith Williamson [11 years old]
height//weight;; five feet, five and a half inches; one hundred and seventeen pounds
piercings, tattoos, scars;; ears pierced twice each, small self-done tattoo on left wrist
overall appearance;; Stormy is usually seen with her usual makeup: thick black eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow, but nothing else on her face. She never was one for lip gloss, or foundation, or all that other crap. Her hair is cut in sort of choppy layers. It looks sort of like the typical scene girl hair, only not teased. Again with the “no crap” choice, the only artificial thing done to her hair is the multi colored stripes in it. Her hair comes down to her chest, is shiny black, and has a bit of a wave to it at the bottom.
She’s been seen wearing everything from sundresses, to band tees and black skinny jeans, to Hollister shirts with American Eagle jeans. Stormy never has made up her mind about the kind of clothes she would stick to, so she doesn’t. Anything, yes, anything, is fair game to her. If she likes it, she’ll wear it. Forget about dress codes.
Stormy has a petite frame. She’s thin and small, but also very pretty. Her pale skin is clear, and is a huge contrast against her dark hair. Her blue-green eyes are perfectly shaped and sized, and attract many compliments, along with stares.

likes;;
Sleep: There’s nothing more relaxing than a good night’s sleep. Or maybe a full day’s sleep. Especially after a full night of partying. When she’s sleeping, she doesn’t have to think. About anything. Stormy likes to escape responsibility and the real world, so she sleeps. A lot. Creative and vivid dreams spice up her mass amounts of sleep, which makes napping all the more desirable for her.
Partying: A born wild girl, Stormy loves to go to a good party. A different party every night would suit her just fine. If the party isn’t good beforehand, it will be when she gets there. Her eclectic and outgoing personality can spice up even the dullest of get-togethers.
Blood: No squeamishness here. Stormy’s favorite movies? Saw [all four], Hostels 1 & 2, anything bloody. She can sit through the goriest of all gore movies without flinching. In fact, even when the boys are looking away, she’ll be the one saying “Awesome” to the gallons of fake blood on the screen.
Acting: Stormy’s always loved getting the chance to be someone else. She is a good actor, and likes to test out her acting skills on strangers. For this reason, it’s hard to get to know the real Stormy, and only her family and close friends do. She can adapt to any social environment, both to avoid conflict, and to have a better time.
Basketball: Even though she looks like the typical “emo girl” she’s not. Despite the thin and muscle-less frame, Stormy actually likes to play sports. Basketball has always been her favorite, although she never went out for the team. Structure doesn’t do her well.
dislikes;;
Food: Now don’t get her wrong, Stormy isn’t anorexic or anything. She just doesn’t like the feeling of being full, and is a very, very picky eater. Due to her parents’ rule of “if you don’t want it, don’t eat it, but you’re not getting anything else”, Storm has learned to go without food easily when something she doesn’t like isn’t available. Which is most of the time. Her diet mostly consists of Ramen noodles and Macintosh apples.
Not being clean: She’s been told she has OCD. But Storm sees nothing wrong with washing her hands at least 6 or 7 times, and bathing a minimum of twice a day. Quite the contrary, she feels unclean if she doesn’t do so. And to Stormy, there’s almost nothing worse than feeling unclean.
School: No wonder she’s been held back a year. Skipping classes all the time, never, ever, doing homework, ignoring whatever rules she felt like, Stormy is lucky she wasn’t expelled from her old school. She has a firm rule set in her mind: people are not given respect. They have to earn it. And so far, none of her teachers or principals has earned any respect from her. All the teachers dreaded seeing Stormy’s name on their rosters.
Stereotypes: Try and fit Stormy into one. Oh, yeah, you might be able to on looks, but not if you talked to her for even a minute. She hates being labeled inaccurately, and so far, there hasn’t been an accurate stereotype to describe her. So for the most part, she’s learned to ignore people that use them, and has never labeled anyone.
Being serious: Nearly impossible for Stormy. She acts like a four year old, and what four year old wants to be told to sit quietly and look nice? With a similar attention span and maturity level, she’ll be entertained by almost anything, which makes it hard for her to focus and act “like a big girl”.
overall personality;;
Stormy is immature. She doesn’t whine, and she doesn’t think perverted-ly, but she acts like a little kid. Almost anything will interest her, which can be a bad thing. She giggles a lot, and acts childish. Responsibility and authority are concepts that haven’t really gotten through to her yet. Like a small kid, she likes meeting new people, but loses interest in them unless there’s something about them she finds worth focusing on.
Furthering the “little child” persona, Stormy is very outgoing. She will say hi to anyone, and start up a conversation, even if they’re from a certain clique. She doesn’t follow the crowd, and will talk to the social outcasts even when no one else will. But, she isn’t the type of person to become friends with everyone. If she doesn’t like them, she’ll let them know [generally nicely].
Stormy is also very contrary. She loves being around people and is viewed as a social butterfly. But other times, she doesn’t want to be around anyone, and is almost anti-social. She is very emotional as well. Stormy can be on top of the world one minute, ecstatic and full of energy. The next minute, however, she might be quiet, reserved, depressed and lethargic.
history;;
Since a young age, Stormy has been having trouble with her parents. Her lack of respect for authority has been life-long, and in her eyes, her parents never quite qualified to get the respect they thought they should. The first time Stormy saw her father kiss his boss, she began questioning whether or not she should listen to someone who was seeing other women. Meanwhile, her mother had been seeing a boyfriend for a few months, and he had an alcohol problem. He passed this on to Stormy’s mother, and Stormy watched as her parents’ marriage unraveled.
After thousands of dollars in marriage counseling, her parents stayed together. Over the course of this therapy, Stormy’s mother kept seeing her boyfriend, and eventually got pregnant. This was kept a secret from everyone, including the father of the child. The only person who knows that Keida is Stormy’s half sister is their mother.
From her first days of kindergarten, Stormy was labeled as a bad kid. This, however, wasn’t true. She was quite well behaved, and even respected her earliest teachers. She was always smart, and thought about things most children didn’t. But when school started getting less interesting, and teachers started acting like strict robots, Stormy’s attention wasn’t held any longer. She started skipping whenever she felt like it, which was very often. She almost never did homework, and didn’t pay attention in class. Through all of this, she kept learning, and when she felt like making an effort, it showed. But by her sophomore year, all the lack of homework and skipping had really affected her, and Stormy was held back, despite the fact she was brilliant.
For the next couple of years, Stormy, Keida and their parents lived together bitterly. After nearly getting arrested for the third time, Stormy wasn’t even affected by rules. Her father decided it was time to move, maybe give Stormy a fresh start, and make sure Keida didn’t get her sister’s reputation. Now they’ve all moved to Livingston. However, Stormy and her parents decided it would work out better for all involved if Stormy had her own residence. So, now sort of out on her own, Stormy rents an apartment, with help from her parents on the rent.
traits//flaws;; Stormy has always had an eclectic personality. Her mood fluctuates unpredictably, and she can act like a little kid most of the time. She’s been called immature, but is actually proud of the fact she’s managed to grow up without becoming a stereotyping, conformist teenager. Stormy is very creative most of the time, although that creativity can be misconstrued as weirdness, and isn’t liked by all that many people. Stormy’s been taken to a psychologist several times by her parents for this reason. She has odd views on normal things, and people have always said that there has to be something wrong with her.

RP SAMPLE;;
“We’re moving” Phil said nervously. He never could tell how Stormy would take things like this. She could either explode in a rage and refuse to leave, or she could be alright with it, perfectly calm.
Stormy sat there, blinking slowly. “Okay. When?” she asked normally.
Her father looked at her, unsure if she was serious or not. “So you’re okay with this? You know we’re moving to Livingston Heights, right? You won’t be able to visit friends.” He said, as if trying to get some negative reaction.
“Yeah, sure. So when? Cause I want to know when to start packing.” Stormy was still using the same casual tone. She thought for a minute about all the kids she called friends. Most of them were shallow. They stereotyped other people, and she mostly didn’t like to be around them.
“A few weeks. We could leave earlier if you want” Phillip replied. Trying to keep Stormy happy was of the utmost importance in their house.
“No, I don’t mind. Don’t disrupt other plans for me” she said sweetly, getting up. “Mom, do we have any empty boxes?”
